These terms apply to your use of this website and to purchases from MintCondition Tech (ABN 86 693 524 604) ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Our products

We sell refurbished and pre-owned devices and accessories. Every device is tested, graded and securely data-erased before sale. Each listing shows a condition grade (New, As New, Excellent, Very Good or Acceptable) that describes the device's cosmetic condition. Product photos may be representative of the model and grade rather than the exact unit you receive. Minor cosmetic marks consistent with the grade are not a fault.

2. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Payment is taken when you place your order.

3. Orders and availability

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. Stock is limited and can sell through other channels at the same time, so in rare cases an item may become unavailable after you order. If that happens, we'll contact you and offer an alternative or a full refund.

4. Shipping

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns, refunds and warranty

You can return a device within 30 days for a change-of-mind refund, and every device comes with a 12-month warranty. See our Refund Policy and Warranty for details.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

7. Data on devices

Devices are supplied with all previous data securely erased. Before returning a device to us for any reason, you are responsible for backing up and removing your own data and signing out of all accounts.

8. Use of this website

You agree not to misuse the site, including by interfering with its operation or attempting to access it by unauthorised means. Content on this site, including text, images and logos, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
