Shipping policy

Free shipping Australia-wide

Shipping is free on every order to addresses within Australia. We don't currently ship internationally.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days of dispatch, depending on your location. Regional and remote areas can take longer. Delivery times are estimates from our carriers and aren't guaranteed.

Packaging

Every device is securely packed to protect it in transit. Please keep the packaging for a few days in case you need to return the device.

Damaged or missing deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it was delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days at support@mintconditiontech.com.au or 1300 001 277. Please include photos of any damage to the packaging and device. We'll work with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.

Address changes

Need to change your delivery address? Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change it.
