12-Month Warranty
Every device from MintCondition Tech comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery, at no extra cost. If your device develops a fault during normal use, we'll repair it, replace it with an equivalent device, or refund you.
What's covered
- Hardware faults that occur under normal use, including screens, keyboards, ports, speakers, cameras, charging and logic boards.
- Faults present at delivery that weren't disclosed in the listing or grade.
- Devices that won't power on, charge or boot through no fault of the user.
What's not covered
- Accidental damage, such as drops, cracked screens or liquid damage, after delivery.
- Normal battery wear over time. Every phone, tablet and laptop leaves us with at least 80% battery health.
- Cosmetic wear consistent with the grade you purchased.
- Damage from misuse, unauthorised repairs or modifications, or third-party accessories.
- Software issues, data loss, or problems caused by apps or operating system changes you make.
- Faults on devices where the serial number or IMEI has been removed or altered.
How to make a claim
- Email support@mintconditiontech.com.au with your order number, the device's serial number or IMEI, and a short description of the fault. Photos or a short video help us resolve it faster.
- We'll reply with troubleshooting steps or instructions for returning the device. We pay the return postage for warranty claims.
- Back up and remove any personal data, and sign out of iCloud, Google or Microsoft accounts before sending the device to: MintCondition Tech Returns, PO Box 333, Kerrimuir VIC 3129.
- Once we receive and assess the device, we'll repair it, replace it with an equivalent device of the same or better grade, or refund you.
30-day returns

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
The benefits of this warranty are in addition to your other rights and remedies under the law in relation to the goods.
